Orange Hazelnut Torte—roasted hazelnut cake layers with fresh, orange buttercream. Iced with dark chocolate ganache and decorated with glacéed hazelnuts. Our original recipe was featured by the Oregon Hazelnut Growers and our fresh, local hazelnuts come from Evonuk’s Hazelnuts. Serves 12-16
Chocolate Chip Pecan— Oat and brown rice flour with lots of creamy Guittard chocolate wafers and roasted pecans.
Oatmeal Walnut — Old fashioned rolled oats and oat flour, roasted local walnuts and sweet raisins.
